The agreement
What you get
Access to the plan you signed up for, for as long as you pay for it. The free plan is free permanently, up to 20 animals and one user, and we will not withdraw it from an existing account.
What it costs
The price published on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. If we raise prices, existing customers get 60 days notice and the option to leave with a pro-rated refund.
Billing
Monthly or annual, in advance. Plan changes are pro-rated in both directions. No setup fee unless we quote one for a historical data migration before starting.
Cancellation
Any time, from inside the product. Access continues to the end of the paid period, then the account drops to the free plan rather than locking you out.
Ownership
Your data
You own it
Your farm records are yours. We hold them to provide the service and claim no ownership of them.
You can take it
Full export in open formats at any time, including after cancellation. Written into this agreement rather than left to goodwill.
We do not sell it
Not to anyone, in any form, aggregated or otherwise.
We keep it isolated
Per-farm isolation enforced at the database level, so one customer cannot read another's records.

The limits
Availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime on the hosted service. The mobile app is offline-first precisely so that our availability is not your availability.
Accuracy
The software computes from what is entered. Calculators and projections on this site are estimates from averages and are not advice — veterinary, financial or regulatory. Check anything that matters against a professional.
Liability
Capped at the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost milk.
Acceptable use
Do not resell access, attempt to reach another farm's data, or use the service to break the law. We may suspend an account that does, with notice where it is safe to give it.
Changes
Material changes to these terms come with 30 days notice by email. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Islamabad having jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
