Our prices are on this page
Most dairy software in this market makes you request a quote. That usually means the price depends on how much they think you will pay, and it always means you cannot compare before you talk to someone.
We would rather you compared. If we are more expensive than an alternative, you should be able to see that and decide for yourself whether the analyzer integration and the offline app are worth the difference.
For a collection centre, most weeks, they are.
Free plan
The free plan is not a trial
Twenty animals, one user, herd records, breeding, health and milk recording. No expiry, no card, no nagging.
If you run a small farm and never need more than that, it is a perfectly good outcome. You will tell someone about us eventually.
The 30-day trial is separate — it unlocks every paid feature so you can test the whole thing properly, including analyzer integration if you have the hardware on site.

Common questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Thirty days of every paid feature with no card, and you drop to the free plan afterwards rather than losing access.
What happens after the 30 days?
You move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked behind a payment — you keep your records and can export them at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, pro-rated in both directions.
Is there a setup fee?
No, unless you want us to migrate years of historical records, in which case we quote it before starting.
Do you charge per supplier?
No. A centre with 80 suppliers pays the same as one with 40. Charging you more for growing is a strange way to run a business.
Do you sell the hardware?
No. We integrate with the analyzer, scale and printer you already own, and we will tell you what to buy if you do not have one. Hardware margin is not our business and it would make us worse at software.
Is training included?
Yes. An operator should be productive in under thirty minutes — if they are not, that is our design failing, not your staff.
Can I get my data out?
All of it, at any time, in open formats, including after you cancel. It is written into the contract rather than left to goodwill.
