Milk traceability and compliance
The Punjab Food Authority milk traceability mandate is live across ten tehsils. Supplier registration, vehicle registration and daily supply records are required — and no Pakistani vendor currently addresses it.

What it does
Forward trace
From a supplier's collection, follow the milk through chiller batch, dispatch and receipt to the processor.
Backward trace
From a dispatch or a quality incident, identify every contributing supplier, centre and shift in the batch.
Vehicle registry
Every transport vehicle registered with type, registration number, capacity, owner and PFA status — tankers, chiller vans, pickups, bikes and rickshaws, because the mandate covers all of them and most software models none of them.
Supplier registration
PFA-compliant fields with document attachments and a registration status flag.
Compliance pack
Supplier register, vehicle register and daily supply records, exportable in a submittable format.
Audit trail
Immutable on every traceability-relevant record — who, what, when, previous value. Retained seven years.
Configurable profiles
The same engine serves PFA today and FSSAI, SFDA or ESMA later, without a rebuild.
