What it does
Three models
Fat-only with an increment per 0.1% deviation from a standard. Fat + SNF as a linear formula. Or a full FAT × SNF matrix imported from your processor's Excel.
Versioned and effective-dated
Changing a rate never alters a collection that already happened. This sounds obvious and is the single most common failure in home-grown systems.
Scoped
Different charts running at once by species, supplier category, centre and season. Regulated ceilings supported where local government fixes the milk price.
Bonuses and penalties
Volume slabs, quality bonuses, loyalty bonuses, and penalties tied to rejection history.
Rate simulator
Enter fat, SNF and quantity; see the rate and the rule path that produced it. Disputes get settled here in half a minute.
Payout runs
Weekly, 10-day, fortnightly or monthly. Aggregate, apply rates, net deductions, review, commit. Reversible before finalisation, immutable after, with a documented adjustment path.
Advances and udhaar
Cash or in-kind — feed, medicine, semen, veterinary services — recovered in full, by instalment, or as a percentage of the payout. Any payout that cannot net advances is unusable in this market.

Slip and SMS or WhatsApp in Urdu: period, litres, average fat, gross, deductions itemised, net paid.
