Cold chain
Cold chain and chilling centre monitoring
Pakistan loses roughly 20% of its milk annually, and up to 15% in summer. Most of it goes warm, between the can and the tanker.
Detail
What it does
Chiller master
Capacity, location and the collection centres feeding it.
Intake
Volume and temperature at intake, per shift, per centre.
Temperature log
Manual at defined intervals, with a device-integration path for automated logging from chiller controllers.
Excursion alerts
Milk above 4.4°C beyond a configurable duration alerts the operator and the network manager — while something can still be done about it.
Stock balance
Intake, dispatch, closing and variance per chiller.
Shrinkage
Loss per centre per period, which is the number that justifies the software's price on its own.
CIP log
Cleaning-in-place cycles recorded for compliance, and power or generator uptime correlated against temperature excursions.
